We offer an Air B n B service on a short term or long term basis.  Most recent case study being a client had a two month void period between student tenancies, and rather than being liable for the costs of a vacant property (utilities, council tax, loss of potential income) they employed us to manage the property for that two month period for us to market the property for short term holiday rentals with a goal of covering their costs.  Not only did we cover their costs, we made enough of a profit in this interim period that the client has not only asked us to do this continually for their void periods, but they have also asked us to do this full time indefinitely for another of their properties.
