Worried about your deposit? Here’s what we do: Once you pay your security deposit, Oliver Haggard must by law, register this deposit with a government accredited scheme. We use The Deposit Protection Service (Custodial). This means once your whole deposit is paid, we physically send the money to the DPS and they hold it for the duration of your tenancy. When you leave, if a claim is to be made and you are unhappy, the DPS require evidence from both Tenants & Landlords, and they make a decision on the claim as an impartial third party.
Referral scheme- we offer £75 incentive for you to refer a group of friends to us. If they rent a property of ours, we pay you £75 the day they sign the contract.
